VVI Returns Policy

Due to special shipping requirements for products with alcohol content, our products that contain alcohol must be returned in the packaging it came in and tamper proof seals unbroken. All accessories must be included in the return to get full refund.  Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.  Return shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the item was defective or damaged during shipping.

Repack the merchandise in the original shipping carton and return to the address below:

For your protection, we recommend that you return your product by insured mail and save the receipt for your records.  VVI is not responsible for lost return shipments.

VVI Shipping and Deliveries

Shipping time for products is typically ten business days from transaction completion.  Products are shipped via UPS.  PO Box addresses cannot be accepted for UPS shipments.

All other products are shipped via United States Postal Service and should typically arrive seven to ten business days from transaction completion.

Pricing and Billing

Do I have to pay sales tax?

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.

When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
